The Singapore Police Force Special Operations Command is not a place everyone gets sent to. It's a place you choose — and then prove you deserve to be there.

The Red Beret is the mark of that proof. It signifies completion of a training programme designed to push officers beyond comfort, beyond limits, to a place where character is forged under pressure.

Adil Syafi Hisham completed that course. He wears the Red Beret not because it was given — but because he refused to stop until he earned it.
